Local is best!

raw, Natural,
delicious

The sweet taste of SW Ontario

Our hives are deep in a thicket of wild apple, wild pear, wild plum, wild cherry, service berry and mulberry trees. That thicket is surrounded by pastures of wildflowers, and fields of clover, soybeans or wheat (depending on the year).
It makes for delicious honey, and pretty soap!

The Operation

It's pretty simple!
Picture

A few hives

We started in 2018 with two colonies, and expanded in 2020 to four.

A clearing

Protected from the worst of the elements, but close to woods and pastures.

A little care

Harry checks on the bees, but lets them do what they do best in peace.

A great product!

These are busy and happy bees, producing heavy honey yields each year.
