The sweet taste of SW OntarioOur hives are deep in a thicket of wild apple, wild pear, wild plum, wild cherry, service berry and mulberry trees. That thicket is surrounded by pastures of wildflowers, and fields of clover, soybeans or wheat (depending on the year).
It makes for delicious honey, and pretty soap!

Harry, the beekeeperHarry is registered with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs as the keeper of a bee yard. He is a member of the Ontario Beekeepers' Association.
